My daughter had come across Paula‘s Facebook page and recommended that I contact her. I moved from a large property in Southeast London to Whitstable two years ago and had a large storage unit outside Whitstable full of unnecessary belongings. Having had a spinal injury last year, I was not able to lift many of the boxes so I contacted Paula who in her usual friendly but professional manner reassured me that we could get this unit emptied between the two of us. She is an absolute find and, frankly, a saint. As my unit was on the top floor of one of the buildings, we finally arranged to meet during the morning before it became too hot and at each session, she loaded up her car full of things to be taken to a charitable organisation and I loaded up my car with things to be sorted or taken to the tip. After nine hours of extremely hard work over several weeks, mainly on Paula‘s side, the unit was empty, saving me a substantial amount of money per month. Now we are going to tackle boxes and belongings that are in my daughter‘s garage and once those have been sorted out, I shall be mightily relieved. I cannot recommend Paula highly enough. If I could, I would give her 10 stars out of 5!
Paula is truly amazing: without any fuss she transformed my wardrobe area, created space and packed items away, even labelled the shelves so I know what’s where. Paula is a true professional - timely, reliable and efficient Paula makes what can feel like an insurmountable challenge manageable, working in chunks of time as and when required, breaking tasks down into easy steps. Paula also makes the process fun and enjoyable with her upbeat personality and sense of humour, she sensitively holds space when needed and doesn’t come with a predetermined idea of what you should or shouldn’t keep or get rid of. Instead Paula genuinely works alongside you, keeps you focused and achieves more in a couple of hours than you might in a day without her! Great service, great value and a lovely person to boot! She not only helped me organise everything beautifully, including my daughter's notoriously chaotic craft and slime cupboard, but also provided me with practical tips to maintain the order. Paula helped me get organised in my new home when I downsized and made a fantastic job of it. I asked her back after having a new kitchen fitted. She unpacked everything and came up with great ideas for utilising all the new space - even though I still probably had too much stuff! She is so easy and fun to work with, it was lovely having someone so friendly and organised by my side in what has been quite a marathon. Paula is coming once a month. I had vague, long standing, never going to happen intentions such as "sorting out my cupboard one day", "doing something with all those books/shoes", "really ought to sort out my clothes/makeup". It was over 8 years since I had moved to this house.Nothing had changed. I made a decision, I needed help, otherwise I would find myself shuffling clutter around forever. Now, each month CHANGE IS HAPPENING.Steps in the right direction.The overwhelm is diminishing and a sense of relief is emerging. Should you find yourself living with too much stuff, give Paula a try! Paula was a godsend to me after my mom came to live with us, as all the clutter really got on top of me, and it was having a detrimental effect on me mentally.
She planned out small, manageable tasks to go through everything and put some amazing organisational features in place for us!
